Shipping Policy
Orders to U.S. address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail or Media Mail.
Orders to International addresses will be shipped via First Class Mail International.
USPS Media Mail and First Class Mail International will ship within three business days of your order.
USPS Priority Mail will ship the next business day.
If your shipment does not arrive by the time specified when you selected a shipping method, please contact publish@revitalizingministries.com to check the status of the shipment.
Return Policy
You can return your online purchases to us for a refund.
How to return items to RevitalizingMinistries.com
Returns are accepted for a refund up to 30 days from the date your order shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
All items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being returned, so please check the packing slip accompanying your item for return directions.
Any items returned to us after 30 days or without a RMA number will be discarded by our warehouse and a refund will not be given.
- Returned books must be in their original new condition.
- Returned CDs must be unopened or demonstrably defective.
- Return of bulk orders of 43 copies or less will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip with a valid RMA number.
- Items damaged in shipping must be returned via the shipper, and a full replacement of the returned item(s) will be reshipped without cost to the customer.
Note:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
- Bulk orders of 44 copies or more are not returnable in whole or in part.
